As soon as you walk in, it will immediately become clear that you have walked into the most original and most unusual restaurant in Belgrade. You will be enchanted by an interior that is seldom seen: from a goat serenely grazing on the ceiling, through comic reproductions of renowned Florentine sculptures, all the way to fantastic pictures and portraits of distinguished citizens of Pirot and Florence.
The restaurant was officially opened at the end of November 2010 and in a short time, it became popular not just in Belgrade, but on a global scale. Our effort, commitment and our desire to charm every guest in all possible ways resulted in many a prestigious award and recognition, such as 37th International Award in Tourism, Hospitality and Catering Industry – New Millennium Award for 2012, Gold Medal in Business Excellence – 2012, Madrid; TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2012; Award of the Tourist Organisation of Serbia – Tourist Flower 2012, Marchio Ospitalità Italiana – ristoranti Italiani nel Mondo, 2013 and Ambasador Luce Della Vite, 2016.
Everything here, including the main concept, is an unbelievable mix of two cultures, two countries, two cities – Florence and Pirot. The cuisine, thus, is based on the traditional dishes characteristic of the Tuscany region and of the region of South Serbia, i.e. Pirot. Most ingredients come from the original regions of Tuscany (prosciutto, sausages, mascarpone, olive oil, flour) and Pirot, i.e. the medicinal pastures of the Old Mountain, Stara Planina (lamb, cheese, peppers, vine leaves…) In addition, all pastas on the menu are hand made from Semolina flour. Actually, to cut the long story short, come visit us and try for yourself!!
